Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relations with subordinates and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and uphold store image.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare performance feedback and coach team members.

• Organize and maintain store files and manuals.

• Analyze daily sales and expenses to optimize profitability.
