Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working in the conditions described below.
• Ability to supervise and train for CSR/ASM duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control and cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well maintained.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and site image.
• Supervise and develop staff following company standards.
