Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees.
• Develop and assign tasks to maintain clean, stocked sites.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule staff per company guidelines to maximize service.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve issues.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct appraisals.
• Train staff on customer service, safety and marketing standards.
• Ensure accurate reports and inventory control.
• Organize files and ensure posters and signage are accessible.
• Analyze daily sales and manage margins.
