Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years retail work experience.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and use computer to complete reports.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Open availability.
• Food Server certificate (e.g. ServSafe) and Food Safety Management certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and recruit/train staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize customer service and store image.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards; mentor cash handling and inventory practices.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Analyze daily sales and budgeting to maximize profits and maintain margins.
