Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Ability to supervise and train staff across CSR roles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Wamiliarity with Workday or similar HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees including Assistant Manager and Customer Service Representatives.
• Recruits, hires and trains staff ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manages tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized and compliant with company standards.
• Schedules employees per business needs to maximize service and store image.
• Develops professional relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints.
• Prepares performance feedback and conducts regular performance check-ins.
• Ensures store safety, cash controls and reporting accuracy.
• Maintains store records and reports as required.
