Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM duties.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Schedule staff and maintain site image per company standards.
• Develop supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper postings are in place.
• Manage store finances including daily sales analysis and cash control.
