Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience with management experience is required.
• Ability to lead and develop store personnel and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve KPI goals.
• Communicates performance expectations to direct reports.
• Develops action plans to improve store results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and safety guidelines.
