You will manage operations, develop teams, and drive results while working alongside store associates in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage is $27.25 per hour with potential earnings in Year 1 of $74,000–$99,500, inclusive of salary and bonus where applicable, though amounts may vary by location.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and makes recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including advancement and termination as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures; maintains safety and store standards.
• Plans and conducts store team meetings and trainings.
