The role requires strong leadership and strategic planning, with the potential to earn $81,500–$102,500 in year one, including salary and bonus where applicable. Training occurs across locations to support divisional goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Leads store personnel and communicates goals to achieve results.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates and recommends for advancement. Evaluates performance and coaching.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards and loss prevention guidelines.
• Plans and conducts store team meetings and management reviews.
