Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee who will lead store operations, manage a team, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. You will participate in hands-on leadership as you handle stocking, merchandising, customer service, and store standards while working closely with associates.

The role requires leadership from the front, with a starting wage of $29.50 per hour and an earning potential of $85,500-$103,500 in the first year, inclusive of salary and bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve sales and KPI goals.
• Oversees action plans to improve operating results.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including advancement and termination as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety and cash handling procedures.
