Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily and weekly goals related to sales activities; oversee coworkers' sales activities; approve rental agreements; monitor revenue and growth.
• Account Management: oversee collection activities; follow-up on accounts needing manager intervention; train staff on procedures for collections.
• Leadership: manage store profits; control assets, inventory, pricing, and cash handling; ensure policy compliance.
• Coworker Management: train and develop staff; schedule activities; recruit and hire; maximize retention and customer service.
