Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals, oversee coworkers' sales activities, approve rental agreements.
• Account Management: oversee collections, follow up on accounts, provide leadership and training.
• Leadership: manage store profits, ensure policy compliance, control inventory and pricing.
• Coworker Management: train, schedule, hire, and retain staff; ensure exceptional customer service.
