Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Fluent English communication in reading, writing and speaking.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations under the Store Manager for front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow the Store Manager to learn and perform supervisory tasks.
• Complete accelerated development program with required certifications for Store Manager.
• Participate in classroom, online, and on-the-job training with rotations to other stores.
• Learn and implement SOPs, policies, and systems across store operations.
