Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a participant for its accelerated Store Manager development program. You will learn store operations across front-end and pharmacy under the Store Manager’s guidance, shadow leadership tasks, and complete rotations to readiness for a Store Manager role.

The program includes classroom, online, and on-the-job training with emphasis on SOPs, compliance, and performance improvement across the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• PTCB Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadows Store Manager, learns difficult tasks, and develops leadership skills.
• Monitors customer service, coaches staff, and improves service metrics.
• Analyzes store performance data to drive sales and control costs.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and company policies in all areas.
