Walgreens is seeking candidates for a Store Manager development track in the United States. The program encompasses learning front-end and pharmacy operations, completing required certifications, and rotating through stores to build readiness for a Store Manager role.

Under Store Manager supervision, the participant will gain experience in customer service, operations, financial performance, and people management while pursuing state licensure and PTCB certification as required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees front-end and pharmacy operations of a Walgreens store under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadow and assist Store Manager to lead store operations and the learning journey.
• Participates in development plans and rotations across stores to enhance readiness for Store Manager roles.
