Walgreens Co. offers an accelerated Store Manager development track designed to lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy. Participants complete rotations, classroom and on-the-job training, and obtain required certifications to prepare for Store Manager roles.

Under Store Manager guidance, you will shadow leadership, learn SOPs, manage customer experience, and contribute to business performance through learning plans and development objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to accept assignment into a Store Manager position, if offered.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the operation (front-end and pharmacy) of a Walgreens store under the direction of the Store Manager.
• Shadows Store Manager and assists in leading store operations during the learning journey.
• Learns and implements compliance SOPs across front-end and pharmacy; gains knowledge of computer and technology systems.
• Engages customers and patients, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience and loyalty.
• Learns to analyze store performance data and contribute to plans to improve sales and control costs.
