Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with retail management experience.
• PTCB certification preferred or pursued as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Lead learning path and complete accelerated development to Store Manager role.
• Shadow and assist in daily store operations and staff supervision.
• Provide customer service leadership and ensure compliance with SOPs.
