Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking a motivated Store Manager Trainee in the United States to learn every aspect of our operations from maintenance to leadership. You will gain hands-on experience with pumps, HVAC, and POS systems while developing scheduling and project reporting skills.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in maintenance, trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) or foodservice preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and work in varying conditions.
• On-call availability and flexible shifts are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on maintenance and operations across pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, and POS.
• Leadership development: scheduling, task prioritization, and project reporting.
• Ensure safe, clean stores and optimal guest experience.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to resolve issues.
• Attend company training programs to grow into a future management role.
