You’ll supervise, train, and assist the Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards of service and store presentation. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced convenience-store setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed.
• Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.
• Greet customers, assist with purchases, and resolve issues professionally.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe; follow loss prevention and age-restricted sales policies.
