Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve results.
• Develops action plans using company resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district support.
• Trains and develops store personnel to reach their potential.
• Ensures compliance with store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
