• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct reports: communicate expectations, lead and develop store personnel.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve results using company resources.
• Resolve employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interview candidates and recommend for advancement.
• Manage personnel, including promotions and terminations as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations across the store.
