Job summary

Walgreens offers an accelerated Store Manager development track where successful candidates learn Walgreens’ full-store operations across front-end and pharmacy. Under the Store Manager, you will shadow and assist in leading the store while completing required certifications and rotations.

You will attend classroom and on-the-job trainings, participate in development plans, and pursue licensure where required by state law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of retail management experience.
• English fluency required (reading/writing/speaking)

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager.
• Shadow Store Manager in opening/closing shifts and merchandising tasks.
• Support learning journey by participating in rotations and trainings.
• Assist in protecting store assets and ensuring price accuracy.
