Job summary

Walgreens offers an accelerated Store Manager development track where you learn Walgreens’ operations and SOPs across front-end and pharmacy. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager.
• Shadow Store Manager; learn to open/close shifts and delegate tasks.
• Monitor customer service; coach staff; improve metrics and loyalty.
• Analyze inventory trends; supervise receiving, pricing, and stock transfers.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety, and loss prevention practices.
