Job summary

ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for its Store Manager Trainee program in the United States. The role aims to develop leadership skills to manage a store, while delivering excellent customer service and fostering a positive team environment.

Starting wage is $27.25 per hour with potential earnings of up to $91,500–$101,000 in year 1 including salary and bonus where applicable. Travel within divisions is required for training purposes.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.
• Ability to lead and develop store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns.
• Interviews candidates for store positions.
• Manages personnel, including advancement and termination as appropriate.
• Plans and conducts store team meetings.

Education

Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred
