Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.

• Prior retail experience and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store personnel and develop team.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interview candidates for store positions and provide recommendations.
• Manage personnel, including advancement and termination decisions.
