Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve KPI goals and drive results.
• Communicate responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Oversee operations including stocking, merchandising, customer service, and store standards.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with policies and regulations.
