Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Store Manager at The Shops at Chestnut Hill, MA. You will lead both customer and associate experiences, drive profitability through strong operational practices, and uphold brand standards in a welcoming environment for guests and your team.

You will coach, hire, and develop associates, foster community engagement, and use data to shape short- and long-term store plans while overseeing daily opening and closing duties.

You'll bring to the role

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)

• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates

• Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent

• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system

• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results

• Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines
