Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Store Manager in Boston to lead customer and associate experiences at our Copley Place store. You will drive profitability through exceptional service, strong operations, and community engagement while coaching a team to reach its full potential.

You will oversee daily operations, hire and develop staff, and use technology to ensure seamless omnichannel shopping for customers. This role requires a hospitality mindset and proven leadership in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail Store Manager or service industry roles.
• Hospitality mindset when interacting with customers and associates.
• Strong people management and talent development skills.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Proficient with technology and POS systems.
• Strong business sense with ability to plan and execute strategies.
• Action-oriented with ability to organize, delegate, and meet deadlines.

You'll bring to the role

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results
