KnitWell Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Hyannis, MA location. You will lead customer and associate experiences, drive store profitability, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include managing opening/closing, scheduling, budgeting, and leveraging data to shape retail plans. A hospitality mindset and strong leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Store Manager or service-industry leadership role.
• Hospitality mindset in customer and staff interactions.
• Strong people management and talent development.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Tech proficient; able to operate a POS system.
• Strong business sense; able to develop strategies to drive results.
• Action-oriented; able to organize, delegate, and meet deadlines.

You’ll bring to the role

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results
