Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Store Manager for Store 1812 at The Shops at Chestnut Hill, MA. You will lead the customer and associate experiences, drive a profitable business, coach your team, and ensure a welcoming environment.

You will oversee daily operations including opening and closing. You’ll bring 2+ years in retail management or service, a hospitality mindset, strong people leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail Store Manager or service industry (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Tech proficient with POS systems.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive store strategies and action plans.
• Organized, able to delegate, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and associate experiences to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll bring to the role

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)
