Job summary

LOFT in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Store Manager to lead the customer and associate experience in our store location. You will be empowered to drive a profitable business by focusing on customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and community engagement.

You will coach a team to reach their full potential, ensure a welcoming experience for customers and associates, and oversee day-to-day operations including opening and closing, budgeting, and payroll.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management and talent development skills.

You'll bring to the role

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)
