Job summary

Foot Locker in Atlanta is seeking a dynamic Store Leader to coach and develop a team, deliver an exceptional in-store experience, and execute company standards across recruiting, training, customer service, merchandising and operations.

You will drive sales, manage planning, and partner with store leadership and corporate teams to maximize profitability while maintaining a high level of customer focus. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales setting (minimum 2 years)
• Confident engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
• Enthusiastic about athletic products and customer service
• Adaptable to a fast-paced omni-channel retail environment
• Strong math and financial understanding for profitability and metrics
