Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with leadership responsibility.
• Ability to coach and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self-motivated with ownership mindset.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with energy and customer-focused mindset.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and close the loop with customers.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping the team close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Take an owner/operator mindset by addressing issues and maintaining standards.
