You’ll manage opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage while adhering to safety SOPs. This role offers career growth within a dynamic retail environment with strong emphasis on teamwork and ownership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, bringing energy and solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close deals with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain organized, customer-ready and smoothly running store operations.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers and products.
• Take ownership of store execution and address issues as they arise.
• Leverage retail technology and digital tools to enhance customer experience and operations.
