Job description

Position: Store Manager

Location: Tualatin, OR / Tigard, OR / Wilsonville, OR

Hourly Rate: $20.05 - $20.30, dependent on qualifications and experience

Benefits: Oregon Paid Sick Time, Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, Retention Pay Program (subject to qualifications)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
2. Establish and maintain Guest Services.
3. Control expenses, manage shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, setup, and teardown of seasonal store.
4. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications: Prior retail management experience required. Minimum age 21. Must have a flexible schedule.
