National Account Manager, C-Stores | Dallas-Fort Worth Area | Remote/Home Office

We’re on the hunt for a National Account Manager – C-Store Channel to take our presence in Texas to the next level. If you're a strategic sales leader with a knack for building relationships, crushing goals, and bringing innovation to the table, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll own and grow a portfolio of national C-store accounts and channel distributors across Texas. Your mission? Drive revenue, build strong partnerships, and deliver customer-first strategies that move the needle. From trade shows to trend forecasting, you’ll be at the forefront of growth in a high-impact role that’s equal parts relationship management, strategy, and execution.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of national accounts within the C-store channel
  • Build deep, cross-functional relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Lead strategy development, marketing plans, and product initiatives for key accounts
  • Align and manage a high-performing broker network
  • Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and drive efficiencies
  • Own trade spend and budgeting for your accounts
  • Collaborate on new product development and packaging concepts
  • Represent HMF at trade shows and market visits

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA or advanced business/marketing studies a plus)
  • 5+ years of success managing large national accounts in food, beverage, or retail
  • Deep experience with both retailers and wholesalers
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and CRM skills (Microsoft Office pros wanted!)
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a collaborative spirit

Location & Travel:
This is a remote/home office position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with regular customer visits and industry events that should not exceed 50% travel.
