Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store in Minnesota, driving guest satisfaction and sales. You will manage staffing, merchandising, inventory, and expense control to maximize profitability.

The role requires 21+ years old, a flexible schedule, and prior retail management experience; expect 8+ hours standing, ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with teardown at season end.

Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 - $20.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
