Job Title: Store Manager - Spirit

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain guest services.
• Control expenses, manage shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, setup, and teardown of the seasonal store.

Qualifications:

• Flexible schedule.
• Physical demands include standing/walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience required.
