Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $18.95 - $19.20 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain Guest Services standards.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and managing shrinkage.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Additional Details:

This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
