Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly rate ranges from $20.75 - $21.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They oversee and are accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources, merchandising, and inventory management, all in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Physical Demands:

• Minimum age: 21
• Prior retail management experience required
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per day.
