Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $17.75 - $18.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establishing and maintaining guest services standards.
2. Supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations.
3. Ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
4. Developing staff and controlling expenses and shrinkage.
5. Managing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies.

Job Details:

This position works up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18 years. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.

Qualifications:

Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
