Hourly Rate: ranges from $19.23 to $19.48, dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They oversee and are accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, shrinkage, managing human resources, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements: The minimum age requirement for a Store Manager is 21. Prior retail management experience is required.
Physical Demands: The job requires standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours.
