Hourly Rate: $15.00 to $15.25, depending on qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. This role supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, aiming to maximize sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements: The minimum age for this position is 18. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
