Job summary

Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy location with pride and purpose. The role focuses on balancing leadership, operations, and customer care to drive performance and growth.

You will recruit, train, coach, and manage the team, ensuring a welcoming, clean, and safe store while delivering exceptional service and maintaining standard policies. This is a full-time on-site position with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail leadership (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager).
• Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required).

Payrate: $22-$25
