Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and sales goals, focusing on company growth.
• Manage store assets and payroll to meet labor goals.
• Direct and mentor sales staff in sales strategies and skills.
• Monitor store performance, inventory, and expenses to drive profit.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, training, discipline, and evaluation of staff; manage staffing levels.
• Ensure store security and partner with Asset Protection to prevent shrink.
• Communicate inventory movement and drive inventory goals with District Sales Manager.
• Provide feedback on marketing plans and stay aware of customer trends.
• Engage with the community and deliver extraordinary customer service.
