Job summary

The role reports to the District Sales Manager and requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to manage inventory, payroll, and store performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Retail experience, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel.
• Experience in managing and cultivating a sales team.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and sales goals to meet company growth.
• Manage and protect store assets and operations.
• Direct and supervise all sales efforts in the store.
• Train and mentor store associates in sales strategies and skills.
• Monitor inventory, expenses, and sales statistics to drive profit.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; schedule labor to meet goals.
• Maintain store security and shrink control in partnership with Asset Protection.
