Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Portland Region is seeking a Store Manager for its ReStore in the Portland region. You will lead store operations, guide staff, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment while representing Habitat professionally to volunteers, donors and customers.

You will manage daily operations, training, and performance, with emphasis on equity and inclusive practices, and you will coordinate with marketing and leadership to drive store improvements and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ management experience in retail or similar environment.
• Exemplary leadership skills and ability to build strong teams.
• Ability to operate bilingually in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations and implement program, operational, and personnel policies.
• Staff hiring, onboarding, and training in collaboration with HR.
• Maintain staffing levels and manage labor budgets to fit business needs.
• Engage customers, donors and community members in Habitat's mission and fundraising efforts.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and merchandise presentation.
