Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, and cash handling experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily store operations and profitability for one or more locations.
• Serve and educate customers on products and services to meet needs.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, deposits, and reporting.
• Recruit, select, and onboard Assistant Store Managers in the district.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and lead a sales-focused culture.
