Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and profitability across one or more Check ’N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations.

You will oversee store performance, customer service, and sales culture while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include educating customers on products, managing cash, processing transactions, coaching staff, and coordinating recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers within the district.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations or Corporate Office when needed.
• Process transactions accurately and per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve metric targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and cover other stores within the district.
• Assist in recruiting, selection, and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
