Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive profitability at one or more Check 'N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations in our regional district. You will oversee sales, customer service, and store leadership.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in sales, customer service with cash handling, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. You will manage staffing, compliance and training to meet targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales, customer service and cash handling experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and profitability for one or more locations.
• Manage customer service, sales and staff scheduling to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Handle cash, balance receipts, and secure deposits; supervise cash handling processes.
• Recruit, onboard and develop Assistant Store Managers within the district.
• Train staff and drive a customer-centric sales culture.
